Peter at Actus Realty Group is phenomenal real estate agent! He was instrumental in making the purchase of our first home a delight, and as stress-free of a process as possible. Peter was diligent, caring, meticulous, and went above and beyond what was expected of him (like showing us a house on a moments notice on a holiday). He equipped us with the necessary tools to make informed decisions, guarded our best interests and advocated for us. He is a truly kind and generous person, overall, and he loves his clients and his job-and it truly shows. It was a pleasure working with him. Peter was an absolute blessing to our family and he will be to yours too! Highly recommend Actus Realty Group for your real estate needs.

Peter helped our family sell my parents' home, providing great advice on how to prepare the home for listing. He provided reliable and trustworthy contractors and prepared amazing marketing brochures. During the listing and showing period there was clear and timely communication and based on what was important to my parents Peter represented our interests. Home sold within a week. We would highly recommend Actus.
